Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fee Policy
If you wish to return an item, please be aware of our restocking fee policy.
Restocking Fee
We charge a restocking fee of 10% on returns of items. This fee covers the cost of restocking and handling.
When the Restocking Fee Applies
The restocking fee will be applied under the following conditions:
• The item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
• The item is in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
For wholesale items, they must be unopened with the security seal intact and not tampered with. For opened wholesale packs, there will be a 20% handling fee as these items can no longer be re sold as a wholesale pack and will need to be hand counted.
Exemptions from the Restocking Fee
No restocking fee will be applied if:
• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• There was an error in the order (e.g., wrong item shipped).
• An exchange or credit note is requested instead of a refund.
Return Process
We advise tracking postage for your returns. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. Postage fees are none refundable. If the shop has made a mistake with your order, postage fees will be covered by the shop.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
