Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day for orders placed before 12 noon, and next working day for orders place later in the day by 2pm. We reserve the right vary this in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Beads and Crystals reserve the right to change shipping costs in the unlikey event that an order has unforseen shipping or packaging costs. In the event of a variation in costs we will advise the customer first who will have the right to cancel their order should they wish to do so.

The costs below are applied automatically at check-out.

 

 

Packaging

all wholesale packs will be sealed

any retail packs order will be hand packed by our team. For multiple packs ordered of the same shape, size and colour will be packed in one retail pack. This is to help cut down on wastage of plastic. If you do require retail packs to be separate, please contact us before placing your order. 

Combined Shipping

Where possible, we may combine multiple orders placed by the same customer into a single shipment. This helps reduce environmental impact, minimise delivery delays, and in some cases cover higher weight-based or customs fees for international orders. In such cases, the total shipping charges paid across the orders will be applied toward the combined shipping cost. Any savings from combining shipments are used to offset packaging, handling, and customs costs, and are not refundable.
